PET POLICY
Hollymead Square is a pet friendly community. The pet fee is $400 per unit, not per pet. There is NO MONTHLY PET RENT!
A maximum of 2 pets pet unit is allowed. Maximum weight allowed is a combined 80lbs. We do restrict against agressive breed dogs including their mixes, farm animals, and exotic animals. Please contact the office at 434-973-1305 for more information regarding our pet policy.
