Hollymead Square Townhomes

Below is a list of important information that our Renters should know.

Mail: USPS delivers mail daily (excluding Sundays) to 3 mail stations on property. Keys to your mail box are provided by the Post Office and must be applied for and picked up in person with proof of address (lease or closing documents). Hollymead Square does not have access to resident’s mail boxes or keys. Black outgoing mail boxes are located at each mail station.

Maintenance: For routine maintenance you should contact the Hollymead Square office at 434-973-1305 or submit a work order through our Contact Us Page. If you have an after hours maintenance emergency please call 434-760-5467. Leave a message with your name, phone number, unit number, and emergency, and a staff member will return your call shortly. Residents with an emergency that involves a fire, accident, natural disaster, or gas leak should call 911 first before contacting our Emergency Maintenance.

Noise: Noise should be kept at a minimum at all times. Quiet hours are daily from 11:00pm to 8:00am.

Recycling: Our trash service provider uses a dumpsite with sorting machine that sorts your recyclables for you. So there is no need for a separate recycling program. Just put everything in the dumpster and they do the rest!

Rent: Due on the 1st, late fee of 10% is applied on the 6th. Cash, Checks, or Money Orders are accepted forms of payment. Payments can be dropped off at the Hollymead Square Office or they can be mailed to our mailing address located on the left hand side of this page.

Trash: Water, sewer, and trash are included in your Rent or HOA Dues. All trash bags should be placed inside the dumpster. Large furniture items are not permitted. The dumpsters are for current residents of Hollymead Square only. Violators will be fined.
