What are your fees and deposits?

  Application fee is $45, Security Deposit is $300, Pet fee is $400 (of applicable), and Administration fee is $0.

When is my rent due and when is it late?
  Rent is due on the 1st of every month, a late fee of 10% or your rent will be applied on the 6th.

What forms of payment can you take?
  Currently we can take cash, checks, and money orders. We hope to add the ability to take debit and credit cards soon.

What is included in my rent?
Water, sewer, and trash as well as 1 assigned parking space, maintenance, lawn maintenance, pest control, snow removal, and access to all of the Hollymead amenities such as playgrounds, walking trails, and the pool (fees apply).

What utilities am I responsible for?
  Electricity is the only required utility. Other optional utilities are cable/satellite, telephone, and internet.

Do you allow satellite?
  Satellites are allowed on property, however
  A. Because we are in such a wooded area the likelihood of you being able to get a good signal is
  very slim, and
  B. You must sign a copy of and abide by our satellite rules before we will give you permission
  for the installation.

Do you allow grills?
  Yes. We just ask that you move it away from the building when in use.

Do you allow pets?
